We are committed to making the website of the IACHE 2026 Conference accessible to as many people as possible, regardless of ability or technology. Our goal is to provide an inclusive digital experience in line with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1, Level AA) and the requirements of the European Accessibility Act (EAA).
Measures already implemented
- Clear and consistent navigation structure
- Sufficient color contrast for text and graphics
- Alternative text for images
- Keyboard accessibility
- Responsive design for different devices
Current limitations
Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible:
- Certain PDF documents may not meet all accessibility standards
- Certain images may not yet have an alternative text but we are on it

Wir sind bestrebt, die Website der IACHE 2026 Konferenz für möglichst viele Menschen zugänglich zu machen – unabhängig von Fähigkeiten oder eingesetzter Technik. Unser Ziel ist es, ein inklusives digitales Angebot bereitzustellen, das den Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1, Stufe AA) sowie den Anforderungen des Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetzes (BFSG) entspricht.
Bereits umgesetzte Maßnahmen
- Klare und einheitliche Navigationsstruktur
- Ausreichende Farbkontraste bei Texten und Grafiken
- Alternativtexte für Bilder
- Bedienbarkeit mit der Tastatur
- Responsives Design für verschiedene Endgeräte
Aktuelle Einschränkungen
Trotz unserer Bemühungen sind einige Inhalte noch nicht vollständig barrierefrei:
- Bestimmte PDF-Dokumente erfüllen möglicherweise noch nicht alle Standards
- Manche Bilder verfügen derzeit noch nicht über Alt-Texte aber wir sind stets bemüht, alle Bilder zu vervollständigen
